Case Study: Divvy Digital

UX/UI Redesign & Conversion Optimization

Role UX/UI Design & Content Architecture
Timeline 2 Months

The Divvy Digital website was experiencing both functional and content-related issues. Overall, it failed to effectively communicate what the service was about or who could potentially benefit from it. Users had to spend a considerable amount of time reading to fully grasp the service’s unique and technical features, and the site did not guide users toward a clear goal.

The main challenge was to take the relevant information, fill in the content gaps, and transform the site into a conversion-focused flow that would guide users and answer their most important questions about the service.

Since this is a specialized service, we sought to begin by presenting a key problem typical of our clients: “Our clients aren’t seeing the screens,” in order to connect with them, and then present the service as the solution. Following this, the structure continues by answering more technical questions about how it works and who it is intended for, and it also presents social proof to leverage the company’s long history in the market and its good reputation.

New conversion-focused information architecture blueprint

Visually, I aimed to stay true to the existing color palette while also aligning it with the visual style of popular B2B websites. The goal was to leverage the user’s existing visual references so that they could mentally categorize us in the same way as a trustworthy, enterprise-grade service. Using a subtle design with thin borders, soft gradients, and carefully chosen accent colors, we aimed to guide the user’s attention by using different types of layouts in each section and employing the color white to set the rhythm and visual weight.

The result was a clean, structured interface that connects with the user’s problem and guides them logically. As a result of this change, the site went from having zero conversions to becoming an active sales tool, opening up a channel for leads that didn’t exist before.
